1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in promotional raffles under Kenyan law.

2. Entry Rules

• Entries are valid only upon confirmed M-Pesa payment.
• Each successful payment generates a unique digital ticket linked to the participant’s phone number.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once issued.

3. Draw Process

Draws are conducted randomly and transparently using our automated system. Winners are notified via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call within 48 hours of the draw.

4. Prize Collection

Winners must present valid identification and their M-Pesa transaction confirmation to claim prizes. Delivery is handled by trusted partners such as Naivas, M-Kopa, or Tecno Stores.

5. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any suspicious or fraudulent entries. MotoEA Raffles is not liable for losses resulting from false or incomplete user details.

6. Liability

Participation is voluntary. MotoEA Raffles shall not be held liable for any indirect losses or damages resulting from participation or prize use.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
